Join Herbalist and Wellness Educator Frances O’Halloran of LoveJoy Botanicals for an afternoon of redwood exploration at Yakona Nature Preserve.
Sequoia sempervirens (coast redwood) represent ancient wisdom and are known as the wisdom keepers. Their medicine offers grounding presence, stability and the sacredness of community. Our exploration will begin with a short redwood meditation, followed by sampling a ‘bouquet’ of redwood remedies, ethically harvesting the redwood tips, and then crafting a fresh redwood remedy of your choice. Recipes and suggestions included.
