Dr. Natalie Schaefer

Natalie’s career spans K-12 and higher education teaching, program development and fundraising, as well as nonprofit administration, corporate philanthropy, and park interpretation. She earned her doctorate in Education, her master's degree in Environmental Studies, and her undergraduate degrees in Geography and American Indian Studies. Natalie was raised within and amongst the redwoods of coastal California, and she and her family are thriving in the mixed spruce forests of the central Oregon coast. She loves hiking, paddleboarding, reading, and ethnobotany, and enjoying nature with others.
