Dr. Marshall Mease Roache

Marshall is president of Oregon Coast Community College. He assumed the role in January 2025, following leadership positions at Chemeketa Community College and a career in public safety and criminal justice education. A multiracial, bilingual Puerto Rican, Dr. Roache holds degrees from the University of Oregon, Fort Hays State University, and the University of Southern Mississippi. He has a lifelong passion for the outdoors and conservation, and regularly volunteers in community service and statewide leadership. He and his wife have two college-age children and support equal opportunity in athletics and education.
