Dave is the Director of Global Facilitations for Eagle’s Flight, a global leadership training company based outside of Toronto. In this role, he works with senior leaders at global and Fortune 500 companies around the world helping leaders and teams achieve better business outcomes. Prior to joining Eagle’s Flight in 1997, Dave developed strong facilitation skills in the higher education field, working and teaching at four different universities. Dave earned his Bachelor degree from California Polytechnic State University, and a Master’s Degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. He is also a published author of the bestselling corporate culture book, The Corporate Jester.
