cynthia resendiz

Cynthia is a biologist with experience in conservation biology, ecology, protected areas management, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). She is passionate about science outreach, and enjoys collaborating in multicultural, multilingual, and multidisciplinary environments. She has lived in many different countries, including New Zealand, Germany, Spain, Canada, and the U.S., and is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. Cynthia is a first-generation college student, and holds dual master degrees in Protected Areas Management (Mexico) and International Nature Conservation (Germany), plus a Ph.D in Biology (Canada).
