Crystal Taylor, a member of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians, manages Lincoln County School District's Title VI Indian Education and Tribal Attendance Promising Practices (TAPP) programs. She works alongside her tribe to help indigenize schools and work with the district to increase Native youth sense of belonging, agency, and status. She's also been a  middle school Social Studies teacher. She earned her BA in English and her Masters in both Teaching and Education Administration.
